Up until recently, Queen Creek was mostly a farming and agricultural community. During the house boom of the early 2000’s, residents chose to move to the “outskirts” of town in order to obtain more square footage for less money. Many of the city’s community attractions, including Schnepf Farm, aim at maintaining the country feel the area has long been accustomed to.
Queen Creek Real Estate consists of mainly single family residences priced starting in the mid 80’s. Many investment opportunities exist. Ranch style estates can be found within the city, as well.
