Chandler

Fifteen to Twenty years ago, most of the land in Chandler was farmland. The city has experienced a huge growth in population. As the Phoenix population boomed, residents were forced to look for property outside Phoenix city limits. Chandler still maintains a small-town appeal, with a mix of desirable amenities.

Chandler boasts world-class golf facilities, resorts, fabulous restaurants of every cuisine, premier shopping and tons of fun activities. Recently designated a National Register Historic District, downtown Chandler offers a unique collection of eclectic art galleries, trendy shops and award-winning restaurants. Recent development includes the upscale Westcor Chandler Fashion Center, Master Planned Community Fulton Ranch, as well as other exquisite custom home communities.

Chandler Real Estate consists of resale condominiums and townhomes, newer single family homes towards the southern part of town, and homes on acreage. According to Phoenix Magazine, Chandler has been named one of the Top 10 places to live in the United States.

Fountain Hills

Gilbert

Known for its small-town atmosphere, safe neighborhoods, and good schools, Gilbert continues to grow rapidly and is the fifth fastest growing community in the United States.

The Gilbert life focuses on raising a family, quality education, and locally-owned businesses. The city ranks as one of the highest median household incomes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Old-town Gilbert offers quaint dining and shopping experiences, complete with boutiques and family operated diners. Newer development includes San Tan Village, an outdoor shopping experience that includes a variety of upscale stores, a children’s play/water park, movie theater, and exquisite dining all situated along tree-lined streets.

Once a center for growing and shipping cattle, sheep, dairy products, grains, cotton and alfalfa hay, Gilbert still maintains a country image. Several master planned communities are themed around water, boating and fishing, while others offer an equestrian lifestyle. There are endless parks throughout Gilbert, and approximately 8 golf courses within the city.

Gilbert Real Estate consists of single family homes, and a variety of gated communities. Much of the architecture is French Country adding to the small town feel.

Glendale

Glendale is a harmonic blend of new excitement and historic charm. Home to the Arizona Cardinal’s multi-sport entertainment complex, and the Phoenix Coyotes Ice Den, Glendale caters to sports enthusiasts of all sorts. The city plays host to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and Spring Training for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox, as well. When the Cardinals and Coyotes are not in play, their facilities are the venue for top music performances and conventions.

Downtown Glendale’s historic appeal boasts more than 90 specialty shops, featuring world renowned chocolate, antiques and other forms of old-world charm. Original buildings and rose gardens give the city a sense of charm unlike any other. Glendale is also home to Arizona’s largest holiday light display.

Glendale Real Estate is made up of a variety of different home styles. Older parts of Glendale feature beautifully established communities, while several newer single family communities have been developed to sustain the city’s growth.

Maricopa

The city of Maricopa is approximately 25 miles south of Phoenix. Recent growth in this community has turned farms and pecan groves in housing and retail developments. Maricopa is home to a large casino-resort-hotel, as well as several golf courses and future plans for more.

Maricopa Real Estate boomed during the early 2000’s, with those opting to travel for the opportunity to purchase more square footage for less money. Predominately consisting of single family homes, Maricopa offers great opportunity for investment with housing starting in the 80’s.

Mesa

Mesa is the third largest city in Arizona, behind Phoenix and Tucson. Spanning nearly 132 square miles, Mesa offers a diverse housing selection. Older areas in Mesa, such as the “Main Street” downtown district offer an array of art galleries, eateries, and family owned businesses that have operated in the area for years. Historic homes are situated on tree-lined streets, and the beautifully manicured LDS (or Mormon) Temple makes Mesa a hub for Latter Day Saints residing in the Phoenix Metro Area.

Mesa is also home to Mesa Country Club, one of the prestigious private country clubs situated in Arizona. Development in Mesa has stretched to its outer limits, in the form of resort-like desert golf course communities such as Red Mountain Ranch and Las Sendas. Phoenix

Spend a few days in Phoenix, and you’ll understand why Phoenix is America’s fifth largest city. It is the heart of the Sonoran Desert and the gateway to the Grand Canyon.

With its timeless Southwestern backdrop, Phoenix is the perfect setting for family vacations, weekend adventures or romantic getaways. The nature-loving desert environment serves as the inspiration behind many luxurious experiences offered at the city’s premier spas. For those in search of the arts, the Downtown Arts District features Artwalk, where one can enjoy exhibit openings, artist demonstrations and live entertainment. As evening rolls around, Scottsdale’s vibrant dining and nightlife entices indulgence in world-class restaurants, lounges and nightclubs.

Tempe

Home to Arizona State University, Tempe boasts the energy you’d expect from a college town! Tempe is full of life, featuring signature shopping destinations such as the Mill Avenue District and Tempe Marketplace. Tempe is also home to the Tempe Festival of the Arts, the Circle K tempe Music Festival, and the New Years Eve Block Party. Tempe is an active town, playing host to the Ford Ironman Arizona, the P.F. Changs Rock ‘n’ Roll marathon and 1/2 Marathon, and Major League Spring Training. Tempe Town Lakes offers scenic walking and bike trails, as well as kayaking.

Tempe is a favorite of the performing arts lovers, with Broadway shows at the Frank-Lloyd Wright-designed ASU Gammage, and performances for all ages at the Tempe Center for the Arts. There are also more than 20 free museums and galleries on the campus of Arizona State University.

Tempe Real Estate offers endless investment opportunities. Near-campus single family homes, condominiums and town-homes are often purchased to be used as rentals, or by parents looking to purchase a home for their student/child. South Tempe boasts many luxury gated communities. New development in Tempe is scarce, as the city has been virtually land-locked for some time. Typically the homes are older, but very well cared for.

Queen Creek

Up until recently, Queen Creek was mostly a farming and agricultural community. During the house boom of the early 2000’s, residents chose to move to the “outskirts” of town in order to obtain more square footage for less money. Many of the city’s community attractions, including Schnepf Farm, aim at maintaining the country feel the area has long been accustomed to.

Queen Creek Real Estate consists of mainly single family residences priced starting in the mid 80’s. Many investment opportunities exist. Ranch style estates can be found within the city, as well.
